Dr. Pugach is highly skilled in the No Scalpel/No Needle Vasectomy and microsurgical vasectomy reversals. His interest in the No Scalpel technique grew after his trip to China where he learned how the procedure was safely and effectively used there since 1974 by Dr. Li Shunqiang. In North America a further refinement was to incorporate using a “jet spray” of Novocain that allows anesthesia to be given without a painful injection.  This remarkable technique means that vasectomies can be performed in 15 minutes with minimal discomfort!
